Coaching 

This service offers: 

• a structured yet flexible approach that helps clients uncover meaningful areas of focus, align their priorities with their values, and set clear, achievable goals supported by realistic timelines.

• guidance in developing strategies to overcome obstacles that may hinder progress, such as learning to break down complex challenges into manageable steps, build resilience, and maintain steady momentum toward desired outcomes. 

The cost for this session is $100 per hour.

Parent/Child Relationship Coaching

This service focuses:

• on strengthening the bond between mother and child—even in moments of tension, distance, or personal struggle. 

• on developing core relational skills such as active listening, genuine validation, and compassionate acceptance.

• teaching these skills to ensure they are deeply understood and applied effectively in everyday interactions.
